Many "$0 down" roofing offers are one of two things:

  1. A predatory consumer loan with a high APR (often 9.99%–17.99%) and fees baked into the contract price. In most cases, the contractor inflates the job price by 6-8% to cover the lender fees, while the homeowner pays for the "free" down payment through inflated job cost.
  2. A short promotional period (e.g., "0% for 12 months") that converts to deferred-interest if not paid in full, meaning if the homeowner misses the window, they get hit with retroactive interest from day one.

Answering Your Questions

Most full roof replacements range from $10,000 to $35,000, depending on the size of the home, roof complexity, materials chosen, and ventilation needs.
You’ll receive an itemized, written proposal with multiple options to choose from so you can see exactly what’s included before making any decisions.

Most replacement projects are completed in 24–48 hours.
Larger homes, complex layouts, or specialty materials (like metal roofing) may take up to 72 hours. You’ll be given a clear timeline before work begins.

Our primary workmanship protection is the GAF Golden Pledge® Warranty, one of the strongest warranties in residential roofing.

It includes:

  • 50 years of 100% coverage on materials, labor, tear-off, and disposal

  • 25–30 years of workmanship coverage

  • Coverage that remains valid even if we are no longer in business

Everything is documented and registered properly, no vague promises. 

For Non-Shingle related installs (e.g Standing Seam Metal Roofs), the material is backed by a warranty from the manufacturer, and usually includes a 40-50 year coverage on the material itself, and a 15-25 year coverage on the paint.

Both are excellent options, depending on your priorities.

  • Asphalt shingles:
    Cost-effective, classic appearance, wide color selection, great for most homes.

  • Standing seam metal:
    50+ year lifespan (usually outlasts the home itself), superior wind (up to 140 mph), fire resistance, and higher energy efficiency. Great for flatter slopes.
